Due to rising infection rates, Appalachian Regional Library has resumed curbside and virtual-only services. We will provide updates as soon as we're able to safely re-open our buildings to the public.
Tweens & Teens
Hang out in the teen area, check out the manga selections, or use computers to play games (or, ahem, do homework). Our library staff host regular tween and teen programs as well as special events (like Sundae Wars and Library Lock-ins). If you want your voice to be heard, join the Teen Listening Council (TLC), and tell us what you want to see in your library.
Click here for our event schedule or call the library at 336.846.2041, option 3 to get the most updated information about tween events & programs at the library.
Click here to learn about educational resources the library offers for parents, teachers, and homeschoolers. Go to Library Lessons to join your friendly librarians on a learning journey about some of our favorite and most-requested topics. Have a suggestion? Submit it here.
