Artist Reception: Scott Ballard

You're invited to our artist reception event for Scott Ballard, whose artwork is on display in the library's Ida C. Marsh Gallery for the month of May. The reception will be casual and held in the Gallery (located upstairs) with Scott here to chat with folks. We'll have light refreshments, good conversation, and wondrous artwork!
